Parade leaves @ 1 pm

Running of the Santas begins at
the Clock Tower for a Fun Obsticial
Run to the North Pole.
2:30pm - Late

& Bar, Nibbles and a fun Christmas

4pm-6pm:
Get your singing gear ready for
fun Christmas themed karaoke with
Sheryl’s Karaoke
6pm-7pm:
A Christmas buffet meal of cold
meats, condiments and fresh buns.

Dance the night away with local
duo “OLD SKOOL” 60’s,
70’s, 80’s & 90’s.
Please
note: This is a fun end of year
wind down for friends, colleges and local
clubs. This is aimed as a fun day/evening
to raise money for a local charity that
is always there when we need them when
times are bad.
We do not encourage intoxication and you
must be over 18 to purchase tickets. Licensed
establishments has the right to refuse
you service under their conditions.
TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. By
participating in this Running of the Santas Event, ticket
holder is attesting:
1. I am 21 years of age or older.
2. I understand that participating in the Running of the Santas
may carry with it certain risks, especially those created
by participating in a group foot race and involvement in an
event which may include consumption of alcohol.
3. I have fully considered these risks, and I hereby assume
all risk of injury or property damage arising from my participation
in the event.
4. I hereby RELEASE and agree to INDEMNIFY (including payment
of attorney's fees) and HOLD HARMLESS ROS Promotions, LLC,
or any other establishment, sponsor, charitable organization,
and its owners, employees and agents, from any liability whatsoever
regarding my participation in the 2007 Running of the Santas.
5. I understand and agree that ROS Promotions, LLC may subsequently
use for publicity or promotional purposes, my pictures or
likeness of me participating in any event without liability
or obligation to me.
6. Must purchase a ticket to be entitled to the beer and drink
specials.
7. In consideration of being allowed to enter the Event, Participant
hereby waives and releases ROS Promotions, Adamar of New Jersey
d/b/a Tropicana, Adam Good Sports Bar, Firewaters, Hooters
and each of their owners, officers, employees and agents from
any and all claims for injury or loss of any type resulting
from, related to, or occurring during, the Event. Participant
knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks related to his/her
participation in the Event.
