Q: What does the VIP Ticket entitle me to?

A: Entrance to all participating venues listed. Two Hour VIP Open Beer Bar starting at 3pm at Finnigan's Wake. Access to the VIP Area at the Electric Factory. Two drink tickets for use at the VIP Area at the Electric Factory.

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: Tickets are not refundable for this event.

Q:Can I buy tickets at the door the day of the event?

A: Tickets will likely sell out but if there are tickets available the day of the event, they will be available at The
Electric Factory ticket windows for $30.

Q: Where is the "RUN"?

A: The "Run" is more of a parade than a run. Santas will be on 3rd and Spring Garden Streets and at 6pm, will parade West on Spring Garden, then South on 6th Street to the Electric Factory.

Q: Does my Electric Factory ticket allow me access to the giant heated tent?

A: Your ticket will get you entrance to the Electric Factory building and giant tent in the parking lot.

Q: Can I re-enter the event if I decide to leave?

A: Yes, there will be re-entry doors.

Q: What time does the Electric Factory open?

A: The giant heated tent will open at Noon with vendor exhibits, live music, prizes, and drink specials. The building will open at 5pm.

Q: How much will the cover charge be at the participating bars?

A: Cover charges will vary. However, a VIP Ticket-holder will gain free access to the venues.
