This will put you in the fast track
lanes during the "RUN".
You will need a wristband and your ticket
stub to enter the event. The ticket
and wristband lines will be the longest
after 4pm.
Only those present will receive a wristband.
You cannot pickup wristbands for your
friends or family members.

AND WILL HAVE Valid Photo ID
to Present at event door!
2) I understand that participating
in the Running of the Santas
may carry with it certain risks,
especially those created by
participating in a group foot
race and involvement in an event
which may include consumption
of alcohol.
3) I have fully considered these
risks, and I hereby assume all
risk of injury or property damage
arising from my participation
in the event.
4) I hereby RELEASE and agree
to INDEMNIFY *including payment
of attorney's fees) and HOLD
HARMLESS ROS Promotions LLC,
ONE BIG PARTY EVENTS LLC or
any other establishment, sponsor,
charitable organization, and
its owners, employees and agents,
front any liability whatsoever
regarding my participation in
the 2009 Running of the Santas.
5) I understand and agree that
ROS Promotions LLC and/or ONE
BIG PARTY EVENTS LLC may subsequently
use for publicity or promotional
purposes, my pictures or likeness
of me participating in any event
without liability or obligation
to me.
