About “The Run”
At 4pm, we will assemble everyone outside of Xfinity Live for a quick run / jog / walk to NRG Station and back to Xfinity Live! (just 2 blocks – but let’s make it FUN for cameras & video)!

1) I am 21 years of age or older AND WILL HAVE Valid Photo ID to Present at event door!
2) I understand that participating in the Running of the Santas may carry with it certain risks, especially those created by participating in a group foot race and involvement in an event which may include consumption of alcohol.
3) I have fully considered these risks, and I hereby assume all risk of injury or property damage arising from my participation in the event.
4) I hereby RELEASE and agree to INDEMNIFY *including payment of attorney’s fees) and HOLD HARMLESS ROS Promotions LLC, National Event Management, ONE BIG PARTY EVENTS LLC or any other establishment, sponsor, charitable organization, and its owners, employees and agents, front any liability whatsoever regarding my participation in the 2016 Running of the Santas.
5) I understand and agree that ROS Promotions LLC and/or National Event Management and/or ONE BIG PARTY EVENTS LLC may subsequently use for publicity or promotional purposes, my pictures or likeness of me participating in any event without liability or obligation to me.
